ERROR 1619 [ Edited ]

Hi,

I have emailed the tech guys, but there still hasn't been any reply, its been a week now.

I have tried to enable password protection on the drive so that there is a lock whenever there is unauthorised access.
I have been unable to install the drive settings in order to enable this function. I keep getting error code 1619.
All I require is for my drive to be protected, for there to be a prompt screen asking for the password in order to get access to files whenever it has been connected to ANY PC.
