Externe Festplatte WD Elements 1TB (3,5 Zoll, 7200 rpm, 8 MB Cache)

hallo zusammen,

 

habe im 12/2009 obige Festplatte in Betrieb genommen. Die externe Platte wurde unter Laufwerk I registriert.  Die Backups liefen monatelang einwandfrei.

 

Nun mußte ich leider feststellen, dass der Rechner die externe Platte nicht mehr erkennt.

 

Was kann ich tun, ich müßte dringend eine datensicherung starten !
