From which TABLET can I view my WD Passport?

Hello,

 

I got a WD Passport (1000GB) and Id like to buy a tablet that will allow me to plug my passport to, and on the tablet view the movies I have stored on the passport.

A friend of mine have one similar to this and it works fine.  For Android the Passport needs to be formatted to FAT32.

Im basically looking for the cheapest option since its only gonna help me with movies and I dont need it for other features..

 

Do you know any cheap solutions?

WIll the MID930 from SMART be enough to juice it up? Ive been told the iPad cant juice the WD passport..
