Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
if the drive is not spinning it could be several things.
1. usb port
2. usb cable
3. hard drive's board is dead
4. heads are stuck to platters, and not letting it spin up (usually slight buzz would be coming from drive on start up)
5. bearing problems (also slight buzz would be coming from drive on start up)
they new cable if you have it or try another computer with other USB ports. for anything else you'd need to get some Data recovery help if files are important, otherwise send it back to WD if still under warranty.
