WD My Passport spinsdown/coolsdown/sleeps after 10 seconds?

Hi, My WD Passport always spinsdown after 10 seconds of not being used. And this is fairly annoying when I'm in the middle of a cached program that's stored on the hard-drive and I have to wait 5 seconds for it to spin back up. Is there a way to stop this or increase the spindown timer? Thanks.
