my passport doesn't work on my mac, but still work on my window 7

i just bought it a month ago. I never drop it or harm it.

by yester day it can still use with my mac, but today cant.

I tried to connect to my window 7 pc and found that it still able to see the drive.

go to disk utility and see if the drive shows

 

try a different port on the mac..

 

if it's a laptop you could have a power issue
