I do recreate again and it show now "Invalid Drive Count "

Again, these are the same drives that came in the box?

Make sure they are properly seated.

The lights above the drives, are they on the same color for each bay that has a drive in it?

It may be that you have a bad drive.

Each time you boot with that thumb drive you need to recreate it.

  YES, its same drives that came in the DX4000 box.

Yes. Its all blue, I am sure there is no bad drive. Its new

I do that many time still not affect.
