Perform Complete System Restore

In recovery mode a format is performed.

I have the 8 TB version. How long will the format take?

Or how long will the whole restore process take?

Took me over a week, but it was because I had issuses and had no clue what I was doing

You know start the download, machine patches and reboots overnight while the DL is in progress.

I should have taken better notes,  But it should not take over a couple of days before you can start using it

Well it has been formatting for about 10 hours now & maybe the progress bar is at 10%.

At this rate another 3 to 3 1/2 days just to format.

I had an 8 gb box but only restored to 2 drives, so I just don't remember how long.  As long as it is progressing that is good.
