External drive (WD40000A4NC) remote access

Hello,

I have this external drive (WD40000A4NC).

In my offices' network I have one static ip, with some port forwards enabled.

I can access folders through windows (\\ip) and administration area from my offices' lan but from my home I can't access drives' folders.

Open ports: 21 (ftp), 443 (https), 445, 8082 (http)

Do I have to open new port?

Thank you

Port 21 should be enough

Log into the netadmin to change the FTP port number

Re: External drive (WD40000A4NC) remote access

Thank you for your answer, but I don't think you understand correctly what I want.

I don't want to access the drive through FTP, but through windows folder by typing \\ip_of_drive

Thank you
