HDD`s power ON problem

I bought a WD ShareSpace 4Tb with 4 HDD, but I can`t to power it on!
No one of the HDD`s don`t spin up (

The Sharespace 4TB usually comes with two 2tb drives so it seems this is in and old unit that you have.

 

Try a different power adapter and a different  ethernet cord
