WD Sharespace ACCESS DENIED

WD Sharespace worked well for over a year then all of a sudden couldn't ACCESS.

 

Upgraded FIRMWARE 1 week ago and still not fixed.

 

RESET equipment and worked ok for approx 24 hours then ACCESS DENIED.

 

FACTORY RESET equipment and started reloading files back onto device. Stopped at 25% then ACCESS DENIED.

 

Cannot remove/change or add files.

 

still getting error messages ACCESS DENIED or PERMISSION

So you can connect to the drive but can not copy?

 

Is the drive mapped?
