Acronis not recognize WD hard drive

I uninstall previous version to update, but the three last update do not install because acronis don't recognize WD hard drive, I have WD5000BPVT internal, and external USB WD50 00AADS, please help. My O/S W7 Ultimate 64-bit

How many internal drives on the computer ?

 

Is the computer a laptop?
