Can not get 1.6 to work

Having trouble getting 1.6 to work with MY BOOK.  Get message "wd backup engine stopped working and was closed" from windows.

 

Any ideas please.. Bob

Make sure the firmware is up to date as well.

 

After the msg shows up.. Can you run the software again?
