Can't See the Smartware Home Page

Hi. Installed My Passport Essential WD 500GB and Smartware (including uopdate). Completed a backup and all is working fine, filkes updating to backup location in realtime etc . I cannot however open the software and view the Home page (or any other page). Loading indicator shows for a few seconds after clicking WDSmartWare.exe but nothing happens. Any help appreciated. Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit).

You may try uninstalling SmartWare, then restart the computer and reinstall its latest version.
