Error on installation of WD Smartware

Hi, I bought the WD My book live and when trying to install the WD Smartware software I got the error "Installation failed. This action is only valid for products that are currently installed. Error code : 1605".

 

Any advise on how to solve it?

Check if installing the latest Smartware version helps, you can also try downloading the MT framework 3.5 update. Follow the link below for both.

I think you need up to date Adobe Flash also.
