How to install full version of Smartware

Hi,

 

I have a WD400BMV, and I just tried to download the new version of Smartware, but when I run the app, it doesn't allow me to perofrm a backup.  The backup Tab is not accessible, which I've read means that I have the "drive Management Version".

 

I would like the full version....is this possible?

It is the full version, it's just you don't have a compatible drive.
