Upgrade to 1.5.4.5

Upgrade seemed to run ok, but Backup & Retrieve tabs greyed out on restarting. Any ideas?

Make sure to click the external drive  on the home tab

 

after that you will have access to backup and restore

I had the same problem as the O.P. Are you serious? It was that simple?? Thanks, Wizer.

 

Unfortunately, I had so many problems with this upgrade that I erased the drive, and now it looks as if everything that came pre-loaded on the drive is gone. Is there any way to..ah..restore that?
