WD Smartware does not 'see' directory on my hard drive

Working with:

Dell Lattitude D630

Hard drive with 2 partitians: C - Operating System , D - Data Files

WD Smartware Ver: 1.4.5.2

On the HOME tab, I try to select 'D' as the primary drive, but only C shows up.  The menu does not 'drop down' to show other drives.

I need D backed up, not C.

How do I get D to show up and start backing up?

Re: WD Smartware does not 'see' directory on my hard drive

I don't know that much about Smartware but it uses it's own method for backup. It doesn't backup all files types mainly things like pics, music, documents and video. I'm not sure if it works on mutiple drives/partitions or not. I only used it once and uninstalled it.

Re: WD Smartware does not 'see' directory on my hard drive

Is the D: drive another partition, a separate internal drive, or an external drive?
