uninstalling Smartware

Hi,

 

I have uninstalled WD Smartware. My Passport external drive still accessed at the USB3.0 speed?

(my drive is USB3.0 capable)

If your computer has usb 3.0 ports your transfer rate will be 3 Gb/s WD Smartware doesn't affect the transfer rate.-
