HELP. VIDEO OUTPUT PROBLEM. Screen is black and white and costantly scrolling up and down

anyone encounter the error? I have two wd live media player. I plug the video output in one player and it works but not in the other player.  FIX?

with the red white and yellow cords. I thought I plugged in the cords wrong somehow, but I kept the cords plugged and tried it with another WD player and it works perfect. This has a black and white scrolling glitch. dont know how to fix....

Read the manual about how to swap NTSC/PAL modes and see if that helps.
