Library fails to load & Disk is now in read only mode

had to set media library to [off] ,  but can't write, move, or copy files from computer(s) xp,vista or 7,  also within the wdtv enviroment File Management, they should intergrate a rename option and list sub files under file mangenment.

Try checking the attributes on windows to see if the drive is read only

The problem's with the device never applied read only attributes in windows, just all of a sudden kind of thing .... Maybe a system reset could fix this just not looking forward to re-entering accnt settings .....
