I have read a few posts that suggest that there will be No more Firmware updates for the WD TV Live? Is it official?

No, There have been a few posts by WD staff that states that there will be at least one more firmware update. Please read the thread titled "Request Official WD Response' if you want to see it for yourself. Here is a link:

WDTV Live needs: Better in-file navigation. Arrow keys to skip back and forth 10/30 secs in AVIs/MKVs/Mp4s/Mp3s.

Any news on this... My device boots off every 5 seconds after the previous firmware update....
