Display higher than 480p is not working

I have this problem with my WD TV MEDIA LIVE on my TV that the HDMI cable is not working for display higher than 480p as you can see on this video

Could this be a firmware issue with my WD TV MEDA LIVE?

Not firmware... Looks like a hardware failure.

I assume that you have tried another HDMI lead?
