WD Live player does not recognize folders on 3Tb My Book

My new WD Live Streaming Media player only recognizes 13 of the over 40 folders on my WD My Book 3Tb External Hard Drive. Any possible solutions ?

Have you tried both USB ports?  You may also transfer the files to the computer, reformat the drive, put the files back and retry.
