WD logo then blank screen

I used my WD Live media player within the last month or two, and now randomly it boots up with the logo, then goes no farther. Ive tried resetting, rebooting, both hdmi and composite cable, what the heck is going on? tried to reply on another thread with the same problem (which was infact never fixed, due to the person buying it refurbished, everyone just decided to say dont buy refurbished than actually help) but i thought id ask again. Pretty dissappointed. Thanks for any tips or tricks.

Check if you can roll back the firmware manually. But if that doesn't work you might need to replace it.
