WDTV Freeze while playing youtube and network password lost after restart

There are 2 issues which I am facing

1. WDTV Freeze while playing youtube and sometime playing movie from harddisk

2. Network password lost after restart.

I have latest software update on it.

Do you have the SMP or the gen 2?

youtube freezing will only happen if there's a problem with connection

its gen2 and all other apps like hulu work fine, only it happen with youtube. it freeze after 4 minute of playing the video. i have high speed att connection.

and how to save the network password permanently.

i bought it WDLive Plus HD media player on april 2011 and updated to latest firware.
