For media file info use Mediainfo (free)

I also ahve a similar problem with my Tv Live Hub. However I have never have this problem with the movies. The first time that have append was using the Services - Deezer, when trying to insert a singer name...

It possible to make a Downgrade, how?

I've still got the problem and it reset 3 times last night on film I have played quite a few times perfectly over the last year, time to rollback and see how it goes.

Exact same issue here! Very annoying/very random!

Will downgrade the firmware for now, anyone know when WD will be releasing an update?

I am having the same issue as well. Does anyone know if reverting back to previous firmware corrects issue?

Do you run any films over network shares or only by USB ???

If you do both you might find it is only crashing/restarting when playing from USB, thanks to Phixion for finding this.

As to why - I don't know yet, will do some testing in a couple of weeks after my hols.

I do not use a USB device.  All of my media is played over network shares.  The only times I have experienced the reboot has been within a few minutes of turning on the WDTV Live Plus. It rebooted while I was navigating through the shares folders, looking for a movie to watch, never while watching a video.

It has only happened three or four times.  I will try to pay closer attention to exactly what was going on, if it should occur again.
