Automatic erased files...Help!

I just received my Live Hub 1TB.To drive about two weeks ago and loaded some files/videos into it. I watched a few and everything was working fine. I just tried it again today (I think I may have updated my Firmware via automatic alert), but all of my files were erased. I understand that these files are long gone, but I just don't want this to happen again in the future. Can anyone offer suggestions or troubleshoot?

I bet they're not gone. Try stopping the media library then clearing it and starting it again. If that dosn't help do a factory reset. It doesn't erase files just resets the unit to out of the box condition with files still in tact. You can do all this from within the Settings menu.
