Hi,
I just played a bit with the WDTV Live Hub and now I have one big problem. When I attach my USB drive to the hub and do not sync/copy or something then some of the Movies I got will be corrupted. The files are only 0-bytes after that. The files are not recoverable!
I also do not know why, it is very random. Some files are ok, some others are not. That is really a bit bug.
I just send WD a ticket for that!
Cheers,
pagadilo

Are you EJECTING the drive before you remove it from the Hub?

Hi,
The issue occurs after pluging the usb hdd to the hub. The files are getting corrupted after the hub updated the media library.
Also the support from WD made a joke and told me to downgrade the firmware instead fixing the newest one. I do not want to take an older firmware with other already fixed bugs.
Cheers,
pagadilo

What format is the HDD?
I've been using a NTFS formatted HD quite a bit of late, and I've not seen any issues with ANY corruption.
You're also the first to report it for drives < 2TB...
