why i  waiting 3 months for nothing solution for that Bug ?   its incredible !!

I agree, so a long wait, and the problems are not solved...

For example, whem select "Get Info" option the Live Hub reboot....

When is the bug for the extensions showing on the screen going to be fixed??

That's not a bug. Extensions are shown for media that you have not done "Get Content Info."

No. Not true, i've gone through and "got content info" on every movie and then they re-appear. From everything I read on this site, I read it was a bug.

And what is with WD putting out a new firmware that breaks everything?!!?! The new firmware is horrible!!

I find it funny that some people have problems doing the upgrade and others don't. I too lost some of the movie art. All the DVD rips that are in Video_TS folder are gone. Any that are not in folders belonging to iso, avi, etc. are ok, BUT, those files now show the extensions which they didn't do before the upgrade.  I'm going to read the post on rolling back and next time not jump in and upgrade unti it's safe to jump in.

I've lost the artwork/thumbnails from my movies too.  Hopefully a fix will available soon.

lucky i didnt loose old artworks, but no artwork showing up for new  movie files,  still downloads movie info though

Hello ,  i'm in France , and  with the new firmware version ( update with usb : no problem to update ),

there are still problems of translation

as an example: "normala" instead of "normal"

as a software developer, and with the seriousness and the means to WD, I do not understand why there are so many bugs in versions: especially at the menus and translations : a board rather than going out versions so often take the time to test, because in the long run, you lose credibility ...

my pc asks me to format it ....
