I thought this HUB was ment to have a GIGABIT ethernat port, it definitely doesnt. whats the score people..??

i get speeds of 15MB when i put files onto my HUB, thats not gigabit speeds.. any ideas... ?

Having a gigabit port and being able to transfer at gigabit speeds are 2 different things.

i have a gigabit router and a gigabit switch, i can transfer fies through my network at gigabit speeds (NAS and HTPC) but not my HUB. any ideas

This number proves it's gigabit.
15 MB / second = > 120 megabit. So it's obviously not a 10/100 port.

on my NAS and HTPC i get speeds of 35MB so why aint i getting these speeds on my HUB.?

I mean, seriously.
The Hub has a tiny CPU. NASes are purpose-built for higher performance. The Hub is a Media Player that's network accessible. It's not a NAS. ![]()
