No public folder in WD TV LIVE HUB

After trying WD PHOTOS with no success, i realized that I don't have any Public folder.

Does anybody know how to recreate it? (Via wizard, factory reset, permission, etc)

Thanks!

Re: No public folder in WD TV LIVE HUB

NO, that's not true. WD Photos does work with the Hub. ALL folders on the Hub are Public, there is no need to create one.

Re: No public folder in WD TV LIVE HUB

Ok. Why don't I see any picture within WD Photos App?

Thanks!

Re: No public folder in WD TV LIVE HUB

Try:

Disable Remote Access.

Re-Enable it.

Delete your device from the device list on the Hub.

Re-pair it.
