Retrieve data from my WD TV Live HUB

I recently bought a WD TV Live HUB and added avi movies, which I had a back up copy on a windows 7 PC. The PC has crashed and I can not get by back up copies off of it. Is there a way for me to extract them onto another external hard drive from my wd TV hub? I also just got a my book live which I just set up..Any idea's how I can back up my movies from the hub?

Sure.

 

Either connect the external drive to the Hub and copy across from Hub to external that way.

 

Or network a working PC to the Hub again and attach the external drive to that and copy that way, option 1 will be faster though.
