Title names displaying twice!

[ Edited ]

I can't find a search anywhere but here's my problem. Most of the titles on my Media Library or Local storage are displaying the titles twice (or double). For example on my media library, the title 'Miami Vice' will show up two times. It is doubling my files, if I try to delete one then I will have problems playing the file because it seems like it is deleting some root file. How do I get rid of the double effect?

Yes but don't just search what you typed.

Type the word Double, and I think I saw three threads straight away.

Somehow I searched 'duplicate' but didn't get an answer from any of the posts, should of typed in 'Double' instead.

Thanks
