Unsupported file type message several times

I am experiencing a problem with several films on my hub. When I click on the file I get the unsupported file message.

 

If I try to play it and select the same file 3 or more times it will eventually play fine.

 

This happens on files that always played first try under the old firmware.

 

Is anyone else having these problems.

Try to rollback the firmware to see if those files still make the same issue again

If it does look on the codecs to see if the fps are supported
