WD Live Hub is crashing when I press stop and back button

This is happening only when I am playing a movie from external harddrive. As soon as I press stop button or back button or even home button, WD is rebooting itself. Looks like it is losing the connection with the external hard drive. After rebooting it takes few mins to recognize the external hard drive.

 

Any idea to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

Just a small update.  It is having this issues when I use 3 TB external hard disk.  No issues when I use 160 gig my password external hard disk.  May be it is having issues dealing with 3 TB disk ?
