cannot find Netflix in services

Hi,

I have just received my WD TV Live Hub Media Center. I tried to find Netflix in my Services and I did not find it. In Services, I have Accuweather, Facbook, Flick, live 365, Mediafly, Pandora and youtube. No Netflix. 

My firmware is the last one available (I have just done an online update).

Do you have any idea ??

Where are you located (what country)?

Also, where did you purchase your Hub from?

You haven't tried messing with the GPL firmware have you?

I am located in France and I used to see Netflix for years with my vpn (ps3 ...). I bought it from Amazon France so I am not sure that said hub includes Netflix but I underline that Pandora is present and works with my vpn.

What do you mean with GPL firmware ? I will take a look on the forum.

No, do NOT try the GPL firmware!  I only asked because that firmware will DISABLE Netflix.

If you are based in Europe, I believe the Euro Hub does not support Netflix..  I think a WD staff member will need to comment on that.

Grant, I think you're correct.   From my recollection, the Hubs sold outside North America are based on a Sigma 8655 that CANNOT support NetFlix (like the Live).   The ones shupped in North America are based on the Sigma 8654, which DOES allow NetFlix (Like the Live+).

This is correct. The Live Hubs sold in Europe do not support DRMed services like Netflix or Blockbuster.
