duplicate playlists displayed, but non-existent

I still am experiencing duplicate playlists being displayed in the Music Playlist view.  When I attempt to select or delet this phantom playlist I receive a message "There is no media in the current folder."  When I explore the disk using windows explorer, no duplicates appear.

I have most recent firmware and have SETUP / SYSTEM / RESTART

Suggestions?
