film sources..??

ive got a question, on m hub i use the internal drive for storage, i was wondering if i can use a external drive to store files and use both sources at the same time or do u have to switch devices..? any help people

I am a bit confused by your question. Your HUB can access local file, files on an attached USB drive and files on your network. You can either move between sources, or you can use the media library to that your source directories are all accesible from one screen.

The HUB is "kind of" a NAS, so from other machines, you can connect to files that are on the internal drive and files that are on an attached USB drive at the same time.

Im thinkinof connecting a 2TB drive to my HUB, what format does the drive have to be..?
