no sound with smartphone video

hello
i have no problem with the tv live hub exept with my
smartphone's videos.
i have a galaxy note and when i export video from the videomaker in the live hub the video is ok but there is no sound . do you have a solution ??

What format does the video have?

 

Try converting to another format
