Add thetvdb.com to Get Content Info

The API for thetvdb.com needs to be add so the content for TV shows and series can be added.

I agree this would be a great idea! I wasted 2 hours on themoviedb uploading information and pictures for television series thinking that it would work, only to find out the next day they were all deleted. I asked themoviedb people what happened and they said it is only for movies not television and suggested I use thetvdb but my WD TV Live Hub does not support thetvdb. It's sad to look through my movies and see this awesome looking screen with movie information, posters, and backdrops and then go to my television folder and see an ugly blank screen.

Until this gets implemented (fingers crossed) you can still get your TV show info by using Thumbgen, I have a HOW TO  HERE.

This would be a very good idea.  It has taken me several days to collect all the info on my TV shows, in order to make them look presentable on the Live Hub.

Yes adding another mediinfo source for tv programs is needed

Thanks. Similar to idea on supporting TV video files, this is something we are looking into.

I'd love to see this idea adopted. I use my Live Hub to mainly watch TV Episodes. I have been a long time user of XBMC and find this feature fantastic. Can't wait to see it  on the Live Hub ASAP. Thanks

The TV season/episode viewing experience in Boxee is fantastic. If the WD TV Live Hub could replicate that functionality... I will get the WD logo tattooed on my body

I loved using tvdb.com on XMBC and would be ecstatic if WD added that feature
