Android remote with file navigation on android device. See files on android without display.

I want to be able to turn on my av receiver and the WD TV Live Hub and use my android cell phone to navigate my music files and play music without the need to have a display turned on. Just turn on the receiver and WD TV and use the android device (my cell phone in my case) to navigate my music files and play them back.

 

Android remote needs to show files and folders on android device for playback from WD TV to av system. Streaming to phone ok, but not my key need. I want to see the files on my cell phone and select them for playback and have music play on my av system connected to the WD TV Live Hub.
