Custom Moviesheet support!

As wd staff have surely noticed,

Many of us are not satisfied with the current gallery view, and prefer to use custom made moviesheets like

These sheets or views are supported by other media players like the xtreamer,ACryan and

mede8er

So why not the wdtv live hub?

So, what i propose is to have a moviesheet view.

whereby,

if folders are arranged like that:

/folder

movie.mkv

movie.xml

movie.jpg   -- cover box/thumbnail

sheet.jpg   -- moviesheet. or (movie_sheet.jpg)

Then when selecting the folder, the sheet.jpg is displayed.

This can also be used if all movies are in a single folder.

No Need to design special themes!

Its not like the moviesheet option is very difficult to put into the firmware. Customer firmwares for gen1 and gen2 could do it. Come on WD, add this simple ability.

Common WD!, my friends have a mede8er and one a wdtvlive

and i'm jealous of them..

Please include this feature, as   dhadleymail said, its not diffcult.

If you do so, the WDTVLIVEHUB will be an amazing product for its price range!!!

Just because of moviesheets...I'm  considering to ditch the wdtv live hub or give them to my parents and buy a mede8er or downgrade to a wdtv live with custom firmware .

I certainly agree myself.....

If we could use sheet.jpg or moviesheet.jpg to show the moviesheet for folders that would be amazing !!!

Please WD grant us our wishes this would be even better than getting metadata working for folders again.

I strongly support this suggestion. It would be absolutely fantastic to have this feature.

It would be even better, if we would not have to rely on third oarty software like ThumbGen for this!

Or if not moviesheet support, allow the user to display an image of his choice when hovering over folder thumbnails or video thumbnails!

This would be a big selling factor for Hub.
