Long time ago i had Tvix 7700 and there was option on remote that u can forward and rewind video when playing for short time like 15/20/25/30 secs. by using down arrow for FF and up arrow for REV. Also using left and right arrows to setup interval for FF and REV, like i said for 15. 20, 25, 30 seconds etc.. This option is very usable when u want to skip movie titles or rewind back for a short time, when you for exaple - went to open door and forgot to put on pause and dont to miss anything.
