Specify Media File Root Folder

Instead of having to "hide" individual folders, wouldn't it make more sense to allow the user to configure what the root folder for each media file type - sounds, movies, pictures - should be?  If the user wanted their entire drive cataloged, they could just set it to the root folder.  But for the rest of us, we could specify, for example, to only catalog the "\Media\Pictures" folder for picture content - that way our picture libraries wouldn't include cover art from  MP3 folders or clip art from my work-related materials I back up on the drive.  The stuff I want cataloged is all in one folder branch (\Media), whereas the files I don't want showing up in the media library are in many, many folders.

Like it, like MaxSmart, I have all media in one root folder subdivided by type, so media/photos is my holiday snaps and media/music my cds. Without the ability to to filter out all the cd artwork the Hub is all but useless for showing photos.
