Unlike PC, it is almost impossible for an embedded device like WDTV to support general internet radio streams as those streams are basically unknown to the player so it wouldn't know what's the best way to handle it. If there is specific services which you are interested are adding (such as Shoutcast), please start a separate idea and we will try to see what we can do.
