After just purchasing this Media Player and moving all my content off of my old one.... what I would have loved was the option to have the system perform a bulk 'Get Info' for all content that didn't have any.

It would auto update those it found and those it either couldn't or had multiple options for, just leave.  That would have saved me a fair bit of time

Also, as I now have the room to start putting all my CD collection on too, it will also save me time in the near future.

Would be nice if there was a password protected area that I could dump files that I dont the rest of the family to be able to see. With two children in the home, would be nice to be able dump content that only my wife and myself would be able to access.Right now Im accomodating this by renaming the video folders with a hidden name and then rename when I want access. Doesnt work for pictures though, as the minute you make them visible, the thumbs are generated in the photo section and you have to hide the folder again and recompile. I bought this device to avoid leaving my media center PC running all the time, so a password protected network share defeats the purpose in this scenerio.

Maybe certain folders on the drive could be hidden and unlocked with an admin password?
