I plugged the hub in after a longer pause.

It starts by saying there is a new firmware update if I want to update.

I say yes and now it just keeps rebooting.

I have no idea what version of the firmware it is- the latest i assume

Edited to add: What info is it you want? its all there.

Your english is hard to parse, but do you mean the questions on the right side of the screen?

"Which firmware?" - As I wrote: No idea. I assume the latest.
"What happened?" - As I wrote: I plugged the device in, it updated the firmware and then just keeps rebooting.
"What were you doing?" - As I wrote: I plugged the device in, it updated the firmware and then just keeps rebooting.
"Does this happen every time?" - As I wrote: I plugged the device in, it updated the firmware and then just keeps rebooting.
"What hardware and media were you using?" - I'm using the WDTV Live Hub - that is why I post in the WDTV Live Hub forum.
"Did this happen with previous firmware?" - no
"Does power cycling the unit solve this?" - no.
"Does resetting to factory defaults solve this?" - haven't tried. But since it appears to the firmware....
"Have you tried this on other devices?" - I only have one..

If possible try to roll back to a previous version of the firmware and then reinstall the latest version again.
