Some Video_TS movies no longer play (black screen)

Which firmware? 3.05.10

 

What happened? Some Video_TS movies no longer play back. First I get the question if I want to continue or restart the video. No matter what I choose, the screen stays black and video playback doesn't start.

 

What were you doing? Trying to playback video that did playback on previous firmware versions

 

Does this happen every time? Yes What hardware and media were you using?  WD TV Live Hub

 

Did this happen with previous firmware? no: previously I was able to playback these video_ts folders

 

Does power cycling the unit solve this? No

 

Does resetting to factory defaults solve this? No

 

Have you tried this on other devices? Video does play correctly from the WD TV Live hub over the network on my laptop.

- Does power cycling the unit solve this?
- Does resetting to factory defaults solve this?
- Have you tried this on other devices?
