all movies gone

FW Version: 3.03.16

 

Issue:  after update internal hdd will not read , wd live hub displays msg " there is no media in current folder" I  took out the hdd and plugged it into my pc all movie's are there so i copied all movies back to pc rolled the fw back to 2.02.16 copied movies back to wd and it worked fine. tried the update again and ran into the same issue Plz help i would like to have the latest fw and fixes for my live hub

i really apprreciate u abut ur style and infact for each n every thing

In order to effectively report an issue you are experiencing with your WD TV, please make sure you include:

- Which firmware?
- What happened?
- What were you doing?
- Does this happen every time?
- What hardware and media were you using?
- Did this happen with previous firmware?
- Does power cycling the unit solve this?
- Does resetting to factory defaults solve this?
- Have you tried this on other devices?
